Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

Non-Refundable Items: Final sale items, customized products, and intimate apparel (unless defective) are not eligible for refunds.

How to Return an Item

  2. Securely package the item(s) including the original packing slip or invoice.
  3. Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Information

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price paid
